“Win As Dealer, the only casino that offers incredible promotions,” or so it was written on their homepage. This rogue online casino operated a long time ago in the year 2010 — it probably existed even before that, but we couldn’t find any information dating earlier than that. Win As Dealer may be gone, but its many fraudulent actions are still very much alive and talked about.
We have to stay truthful though, it used to be on the list of trusted online casinos because, for a short while, it paid back players’ money. Unfortunately, the casino faced a financial crisis and quickly started to delay payments and began tricking its players. Due to that, it quickly joined the group of online blacklisted casinos and stayed there until the day it shut down.
First Impression
For the standards of the 2000s, Win As Dealer looked quite good. The website was all red with a very simple and easy-to-navigate interface. It offered a lot of promotions, as well as plenty of payment methods. However, here’s a thing we didn’t like — the casino was kind of empty. It did offer bonuses and games, that’s true, but only quite a few.
We understand it was 2010, but there were plenty of other online casinos of that age offering a variety of games, which makes Win As Dealer a major let-down. On the other hand, the progressive jackpot the casino offered was huge, over $3 million, and the cashout time appeared to have been 6 days. A bit too long but not too scary; if you let your players know instantly and they agree to it, there should be no problems. However, actions speak louder than words, and actions performed by this casino were very poor and miscalculated.

Win As Dealer decided to develop its own casino software. Why not? Taking a risk is a mandatory component of any business — it may pay out. Now, here’s the thing with risk though, if you want to get the best out of it, make sure you stay truthful and decent. User Experience
However, the moment we tried to find out how Win As Dealer treated the customers we found plenty of players complaints. Everything about the casino was wrong — the bonus offers were fake, and the terms and conditions were completely confusing. The casino offered plenty of deposit options, such as credit cards, e-wallets, etc. Yet somehow, it kept failing to pay out the players in real money and stalled all withdrawals. We later found out it went completely bankrupt but still continued to operate for a while.
And here’s the important thing that needs to be mentioned — next to Win As Dealer, there was another online casino with a similar name; Bet As Dealer. Maybe it’s a coincidence? — nope. Both of these casinos were operated by the same group called Cvgaming. Of course, this is not necessarily a bad thing — plenty of companies out there operate with more than one casino legally and successfully.
Although, the true problem was that Cvgaming had two bad online casinos with a very similar reputation. Both of them had the exact same issues of not paying out and unresponsive customer support. Also, during this entire period, Cvgaming kept trying to hide the fact that both gambling sites were operated by them.
The first issue came with Win As Dealer once a player wanted to withdraw $3000 that he had won. Although the money was pending, he never received any of it at all, so naturally, he decided to seek help from customer service. That is when the second issue appeared; customer service was misleading him for over two months by giving him false promises. The agents kept telling him he would be contacted by the casino’s finance department, however, this never happened. As far as we know, he never received his money.
A similar thing happened with Bet As Dealer when a VIP player couldn’t withdraw over $30 000. This immediately prompted the casino players to realize there was a connection between the two — they were both owned by the same people.
One good thing came out from all of this though. The now ex-employees of both casinos came out and informed everyone that the casinos were completely bankrupt. The employees weren’t paid out for quite a while, and as a result, they decided to quit and let the players know what was happening behind their backs.
In the end, none of the users were paid out, which didn’t surprise us for one good reason; the casino was unlicensed. We believe the website must have had a fake license logo somewhere on the homepage, which convinced players it was safe to gamble on.
