SlotsInferno

Slots Inferno has a colorful fiery-red background, which completely corresponds to its theme.  But your winnings may burn within these flames in case you choose to withdraw at this casino. Let’s take a closer look at it.

General Information

Slots Inferno, powered by RTG, started operating in 2011 under the management of the Maltese company Curgam NV Group. Unfortunately, this group is marked as one of the least player-friendly on the market, and it is linked to the Morryen Investments Group. This group, better known as the Rome Group of Casinos, has been ignoring plenty of customer’s complaints mostly about slow payments or, non-payments.

First Impression

Our first impression of the appearance of the site could only be formed by inspecting hundreds of images of the site provided by many portals since, unfortunately, we could not find their site operating. According to these images, the flame ignites the home page trying to heat the player’s desire to gamble and stay. They are offered to take advantage of all available promotions, support and choose one of four languages. Now we cannot check whether the site is user-friendly and whether all options on their home page work, but so far the design has been well chosen and incorporated into their central theme.

Games and Software

The software provider they chose is an institutional brand RTG that gives players an array of games with sharp graphics. But according to the user’s comments, it seems that not all titles were the same quality. Some of them were top-notch, while others needed to be improved. They offered several game categories that include table games like Baccarat, Caribbean Stud, Poker, European Roulette and Blackjack.

Deuces Wild, 7 Stud Poker and Double Jackpot Poker could be found in the casino’s video poker library. Slot enthusiasts would choose their favorite online slot title such Aztec’s Treasures, Red Sands, Diamond Mine or Viking’s Voyage amongst 45 other different and exciting titles.

Promotions

The site has clearly stated a 100% Welcome Bonus offer that comes with 25x wagering requirements. Another promotional offer they had required making an initial deposit of $20 which the site was following up with an extra $980 First Deposit Bonus with the same wagering requirements. Maximum cashout amount was $4000 per month. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find more information about their structural bonus scheme, however, it seemed that they had Weekly Bonuses that were regularly offered and boosted their bankroll.

User Experience

The promotional offers on the site were standard. According to players, it was quite easy to use and manage, however, it didn’t seem like it was worth visiting. As noted on the site, they offered 24/7 customer service but appeared not to be ready to provide real help.

At first glance, they looked like an average RTG-powered casino, but fortunately, they have not managed to fool experienced players. Despite the fact that they accepted popular online banking methods and multiple currencies, they encountered major troubles paying out the players. Such issue was discovered a few months after their launch, but in spite of avoiding, players kept coming in.

As complaints started to pile up, many watchdog portals monitored their work more closely. The first sign of scam was their strong bond with the Morriyen Investments Group, known as the Rome Group of Casinos. They are notorious for numerous failures in paying out the players while providing terrible customer support.

We found a discrepancy in their license because they did not seem that they didn’t hold a license at all, although a couple of portals mentioned that the government of Costa Rica issued a license for them. But this license doesn’t guarantee a proper level of protection, and no legitimate body could handle possible disputes. Upon extensive research to find the details about the license, we concluded that they have been operating in multiple states, looking for a way to avoid governing bodies and not respecting any formal regulations.

There is very little information about this online casino, but players have left plenty of comments all over the web to warn the newcomers. Amongst heavy accusations, we found a comment from a player who thoroughly exposed this casino and their rogue operations. According to him, he has reached the CS service to explain the problem, the site has been holding his funds for about four months.

Initially, he was assured that his problems with the bank account would take a month to resolve. Even after he sent a confirmation from his bank, the support didn’t respond to him for another month. They continued to delay his payments for three months, and that’s when the player decided to make a clever move. He sent a formal email saying that he had been gambling addict for years and that he wanted to close his account and get the money back so that he could resolve to bring this dangerous chapter of his life to an end.

Yet a couple of days later, he started receiving offers that included 400% matching bonus offer that was not included in their regular bonus program. He didn’t receive any further response except to his email and, as he claimed, he received a bunch of promotional e-mails every single day. Every next offer was even more appealing than the previous one, and of course, was not a part of their standard offer.

To say the least, such marketing strategy is highly unethical.

We stumbled on many similar complaints and the main recurring problem was delayed or non-existent payments. Not only did their support seem to be unwilling to help, but they also abused the information about player’s addiction and used it for an unethical and illegal marketing strategy.

Pros and Cons

Since they no longer exist, we could not look further into their site and suggest at least one advantage. We can note that the design of the site is well suited to their name. Their choice of RTG as their software provider is a smart decision, however, seems to be the only one. Also, an important thing to mention is that despite the household brand such as RTG, they still have not provided the same level of quality to most of their titles on offer.

Their close ties with the Rome Group of casinos planted the first seed of suspicion among their players. The next issue was their license issued by Costa Rica, which turned out to be fraudulent. All of this leads to the conclusion that they were illegally operating in an attempt to fool their players and avoid any government bodies. This became apparent when their significant issues with payments came to surface, and there was nobody to handle these disputes.

Verdict

Slots Inferno is a prime example of how a rogue casino disguised with the help of the right software provider and a decent design. They took advantage of the fact that in the countries where they supposedly had their license there were no valid regulations so that they could operate with relative anonymity and practically steal from players. They left many players without their money and just vanished along with their website. It turned out that their poor bonus scheme did not award players at all, so they didn’t lose much in the end. It seems that people have been waiting for a couple of years and kept in touch with the management, but eventually gave up.

Usually, it takes some time for a casino to get to the top of the blacklists, however, Slots Inferno managed to do it in a matter of months. We strongly recommend players to steer clear of any casino that is owned by the Curgam Group or has any connections with Rome Group of casinos, since they openly refuse to mediate any possible dispute, which is an explanation enough.

Slots Inferno has burst into their own flames and disappeared from the online scene. And taking into account their business practice; we’ll consider it a favor to players all over the world.
