Rushmore: no longer active, rogue casino with RealTime Gaming software. Poor cashout time and a history of unpaid commissions to their affiliates

Rushmore casino once formed a part of online casinos under the management group Rushpod Investments NV. These casinos went about their business in a respectable manner, but at some point, they started having plenty of issues while sending the payments to their players.

User Experience

As it was mentioned earlier, in the early stages of their existence, Rushmore and other casinos in this group were respectful of their players. However, at some point, they chose to make a U-turn in the way they treated the customers and payment requests.

Moreover, if you waited 15-20 days to get money, you could count yourself lucky. Many of the complaints revolved around players having to wait for months on end to see their request fully processed. And the fact that they set a maximum weekly withdrawal limit at 2000$ caused further troubles. The casino paid out winnings higher than this amount in multiple goes, causing the waiting time to be longer and creating an even greater backlog of payment requests.

Pros and Cons

The casino, while it was open for business, offered an impressive selection of RTG games. They also organized slot tournaments. However, they focused solely on the US market, which made them fairly inconvenient to use for players from other parts of the world.

The biggest issue when it came to this casino was the time it took them to pay out their customers. The waiting was unacceptably long, and the customer support offered no help in resolving any of these issues.

If you allow a casino to take advantage of you, rest assured they will do it. You should never tolerate late payments, and before you make a deposit, you should always check out if the casino you’re considering is worth it.

Though the casino used a quality game provider like RealTime Gaming, it is not enough to get yourself into trouble with making withdrawals, risking having to say goodbye to the money you earned. What’s more, there are plenty of other websites with the same software, but they conclude their business professionally, caring about their customers’ satisfaction.
