General Information
The casino is now closed. It was opened in the year 2014, with a license from the government of Curaçao. When it comes to the website itself, we can say that it doesn’t really impress us. The design is very basic and not really inviting at all. In fact, we would be surprised if we found out that someone put in more than 5 minutes into making the homepage of this casino.
On the flip side, the simplistic design of the webpage does give an unexpected benefit — the casino is extremely easy to use. For starters, it gives you instant access to the most popular games of each of the five game categories they offer.
RTG Software
Founded in the year 1998, it is one of the first software companies that went online with their products. With more than 300 games, including video slots, they have a mobile platform and also provide live casino game services.

Of course, their slot titles aren’t exactly perfect either. If you play for a while, you can notice that most of them are rather similar. However, there are games that offer unique mechanics, but they are not as common as games that are simple rehashes of previous versions. But even with that being said, slots with RTP that goes up to 97.5% and incredible progressive jackpots are nothing to scoff at.
Apart from slot games, they have created various table games, video poker titles, and even specialty games. All in all, the fact that Liberty Bell uses RealTime Gaming titles shows that, at the very least, they have good taste in games.
Game Selection

User Experience
One of the primary reasons that got the Liberty Bell Casino on our blacklist is the fact that they consistently failed to honor the withdrawal requests of their players.
They used to put unorthodox withdrawal limitations. For example, they would bind players that used their deposit bonuses with rules that stated that they couldn’t withdraw their funds if they didn’t win over $500.
In and of itself, that rule wouldn’t be too bad. Of course, we dislike it heavily, but it wouldn’t be enough for us to blacklist them. But they didn’t stop there. Even if a player managed to win the necessary amount of money, the casino would find a way to stall or prevent the payment. It wasn’t rare for the casino to provide the players with partial withdrawals and only give them a fraction of the money they had won.
Naturally, the customer support, that was previously very active, would suddenly grow silent when the players started complaining about their withdrawals being stalled. But at least at the beginning, the payments would eventually reach the players after incredibly long periods.
Over time, the casino became brazen with their disregard for their player’s desires. Slowly, the casino began paying out only in small fractions, ignoring the total winnings. And that trend continued until, eventually, they completely stopped making any payments.
The customer service of the Liberty Bell Casino was available and quick to react, at least until someone would bring up a question about their illegal activities. Not surprisingly, Liberty Bell is now a blacklisted casino, and they didn’t survive for very long which probably will not be reopened.
Pros and Cons
On the one hand, they clearly have a good taste in games, as they have chosen one of the best software providers. The titles from RealTime Gaming are a lot of fun and can be incredibly rewarding. Furthermore, the casino has an intuitive interface, and it’s really easy to get started with it.
On the other hand, it’s very far from being perfect. For starters, the selection of games is abysmal. So even if you do enjoy RTG titles, you might find yourself getting bored rather quickly.
And if that was the only issue that we have found, we would have probably just let this casino be, with nothing more than a passing glance at the poor selection of games. But they have made it their life’s work to find ways to screw their customers out of their fair winnings.
They had suspicious deposit bonus terms and conditions, and they would try to make sure that you couldn’t withdraw any money under their rules. But even if you did manage to get around all of their terms, there was a chance that they would just outright refuse to give you your money.
Our Verdict
Spamming players with casino bonuses that will later turn out to be non-existent is a lousy way to do business. To put it simply, false advertising is a very quick way to reserve a spot for yourself on our blacklist.
Online gambling should be safe and fair to everyone, and when you want to start playing, consider all of the facts associated with a certain business group.
Liberty Bell Casino scammed and tricked their customers. They did so by leveraging fake promotions and finding ways to not pay their customers. After a while, the players simply stopped trusting this casino. And since online casinos live and die by making people trust them, this casino couldn’t last for too long. And should the casino ever manage to reopen, we advise you to fully avoid it.
