There are two more things that immediately grabbed our attention. The first one was the cyan “Live Chat” button — completely inconsistent with the casino’s black & yellow theme. If they wanted to show it off as a testament of their “exemplary” customer service, they hit the nail on the head.
It’s so hideous that it’s virtually impossible to ignore. The only problem is — the live chat is non-existent. When you click the button, you’re redirected to another page where you can choose between playing for fun and playing “for real.”
However, to start playing, you first have to create an account. Again, it seems that the troubles with the Golden Lady’s website never end. The form for creating an account is flagged as insecure, and you’ll likely get a warning that your account details might be compromised.

And to finish the disappearing act (your money disappearing, that is), they’ll simply terminate your account if you don’t come to terms with the fact that you’ve basically been robbed.
