CasinoLust review

Casino Lust is like a black widow of the online gambling world. It will try to seduce you with generous bonuses and seemingly amazing offers and promotions. However, once you’re inside its web, it will drain your life with poisonous terms and conditions and excruciatingly long withdrawal process.

The casino operates under Cyberrock Entertainment, a group with a long history of scamming and abusing their players. The casino holds no license, which wasn’t a big shock. No self-respecting regulatory body would stain their reputation by licensing this joke of a casino.

General Information

Casino Lust is a rogue online gambling site blacklisted for unethical business practices. They are notorious for their painfully slow withdrawal process and non-payments. The casino has repeatedly tried to justify this rogue behavior through their predatory terms and conditions, which were deliberately created to prevent you from cashing out on bonuses.

The affiliates of Casino Lust haven’t had it any better either. In fact, the casino has been involved in detagging affiliate referrals. Whichever way you look at it, there’s no denying the fact that they stole commissions from their affiliates.

Speaking of blunders with their affiliates, Cyberrock Entertainment, the current owner and operator of Casino Lust, has been involved in a serious scandal back in 2015. Namely, the affiliate was caught hacking into other websites and posting links to casinos under Cyberrock’s ownership.

We can only assume that the operator was aware of this at the time. It wouldn’t even surprise us if they condoned and perpetuated it. After all, Cyberrock Entertainment has ties to the Rome Casino, which cheated on its players by removing Wilds from their slots. It seems that cheating and scamming is in Cyberrock’s blood.

It’s no surprise Casino Lust chooses not to share this information with their players. In fact, there is absolutely no information available regarding the operator on the website. What’s more, there’s no mentioning of a license or regulatory body either. The lack of licensing jurisdiction is typically a clear sign of rogue behavior, and you should avoid any unlicensed casinos.

First Impression

Our first reaction to Casino Lust was “Dear Lord”! Their website is beyond ridiculous. They are using imagery that would befit a nightclub — female lips with red lipstick and red smoke coming out of the mouth, as well as long legs in red heels. It all together contributes to a thrilling and suspenseful atmosphere.

That aside, the website’s design is horrible. This isn’t just our subjective opinion; the site is basically a single page which provides next-to-no information. The header navigation simply scrolls you through different sections on the homepage. Obviously, the minimal effort went towards designing the casino, and user experience wasn’t the primary goal.

To sum it up, the site offers absolutely no relevant information on the casino. You can’t even see what games they offer before you register an account. You could ascertain that a casino this secretive is up to no good. The sheer number of player reports attests to the fact that Casino Lust is nothing more than a glorified scam.

Terms and Conditions

Casino Lust is relying on the standard Cyberrock anti-player Terms and Conditions. The story’s the same as with other casinos run by this group. They lure you in with “generous” bonuses but have predatory terms that prevent you from cashing out.

What’s worth noting is that all of Casino Lust’s bonuses are sticky. They are apparently only meant to “enhance game time” and can never be withdrawn. In other words, they want you to keep playing even though you gain absolutely nothing from increasing your winnings.

This becomes obvious once you decide to request a withdrawal after using a free bonus.  Please note that the maximum withdrawal amount for this bonus is $100. Take away the $25 you have to deposit before you can make any withdrawals together with the $10-$40 fee, and you’ll be left with $50 at best.

However, that’s not all. You first have to meet the wagering requirements. These can be anywhere in between 20x and 60x the bonus. Apparently, the casino can decide this on a case-by-case basis.

The ridiculous terms concern not only the bonus play. Even during regular play, your maximum withdrawal is capped at 10x the deposit. The only way to remove the cap is by depositing more than $250 with the casino. However, the troubles don’t stop there. If anything, that’s when the real hassle begins.

First, you have to send over all the necessary documentation for the verification process. However, the casino fails to tell you how long this process is supposed to take. They only inform the players about the absurd 15-18 business days approval period.

Keep in mind that all these terms apply simultaneously. So, if you somehow manage to win, avoid the account wipe, deposit enough money, and have something to withdraw — chances are you’ll wait more than two months to receive your winnings.

Games and Software

Casino Lust is powered exclusively by Rival. As with other Rival casinos, you have the option to choose between instant play and download versions. Some players prefer to download the client since it eliminates lag and is generally more convenient than playing in a browser.

Once you register an account, you can access the vast library of Rival games. Rival is one of the leading casino software providers, so you can expect to find an assortment of visually impressive games with unique themes. Rival focuses primarily on developing high-quality slots, and there are over a hundred of them available at Casino Lust.

From classic video and 3-reel slots to 3D-slots, i-Slots and progressive, the variety of games provided by Rival means that there’s definitely something for everyone to enjoy. That said, software and games are Casino Lust’s only strong point. Even though you’ll love playing these games, the joy will quickly leave you as soon as you attempt to withdraw. So, if you’re a fan of Rival games, it’s best to find a different Rival-powered alternative.

User Experience

Much to our surprise, the customer reviews for Casino Lust aren’t as bad compared to other casinos run by the Cyberrock group. If you just skim through them, you might get the wrong impression that this is a semi-decent casino. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

We dug a bit deeper to uncover the origin of the positive comments. Most of them appear to be related to the no deposit bonuses offered. Indeed, they seem quite generous on the surface. However, you can’t help but question how genuine the offers are.

For instance, several players praise their €500 for 30 minutes offer. This is something Casino Lust had available in the past, but they appear to have revoked the offer. The gist of this bonus was: you play for 30 minutes and get to keep anything over the €500 you started with.

Was there a catch? Of course. After all, we’re talking about a rogue casino blacklisted for unethical business practices. You still had to meet the bonus wagering requirements (20x to 60x bonus), win at least 2x the bonus, and deposit at least €25 to withdraw.

The majority of these players didn’t meet these requirements. Furthermore, they admit they haven’t tried to withdraw with the casino. So yeah, it’s understandable that they’ve had a good time playing with the free bonus. When you’re playing for fun and aren’t winning, the casino doesn’t appear that unfriendly.

However, as soon as you attempt to cash out, Casino Lust shows their true face. They’ll immediately call upon the predatory terms to void your winnings. Even if you comply with every single rule, you’ll have to wait several months to receive your winnings — if they decide to pay you.

Our Verdict

To someone who’s been in the online gambling industry for a while, it’s obvious that Casino Lust is nothing but a scam. It is run by an immoral group known for screwing over their players.

It’s the same old story involving amazing welcome bonuses, coupled with astronomical wagering requirements and anti-player terms. There’s no winning at a casino like this. When you think you’ve won, they’ll wipe your account balance and tell you to deposit to access your winnings.

Avoid this and all other Cyberrock casinos at all cost. Remember to read the Terms and Conditions before depositing at any online casino.
