Great visuals, but lack of ethical practices
Why is the Road Bet casino blacklisted? On the surface, Road Bet online casino is a visually appealing, colorful and user-friendly site. Customer support is supposedly available 24/7 by phone and email. They also allow a broad range of deposit methods.
However, if you go to Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) site, they provide a complete list of operators, and you can also search by URL, License, Authorization status, and Gaming services. MGA has listed Road Bet as of the unauthorized URLs on their site! So, long story super short – they operate without a license.
Sportsbook and graphics are player friendy
The interface, graphics, and software are all appealing on Road Bet, which is something that would entice any new player to place a wager. The friendly interface comes in very handy for beginners to navigate the site, while enjoying the colorful graphics. The layout of the site is very consistent for sports betting and online casino too. Since they are more of the sportsbook we can’t expose too much information about the casino software. From our personal experience, the site loads fast with casinos games available.
Terms and conditions are also well-formatted at least when it comes to the visual side of it. Unfortunately, the visual features of the site can’t quite make up for the lack of transparency in other areas, like licensing and withdrawal issues!

Road Bet appears to be sending mixed messages to their customer base. On the one hand, they claim to be working on the improvement of customer relations, by trying to expand their player base and introducing multiple languages to their site. When it comes to this matter, we have to provide constructive criticism — especially to an online review, providing positive feedback to Road Bet regarding the expansion of different languages on their site. To have your website available in multiple languages is a good thing. It gives them an opportunity to cater to many players worldwide. However, this is far from a default mode for excellent customer support, which we exemplify with the few customer incidents below.
Road Bet seems to stress the importance of having specialists in many different languages, emphasizing player support. They also offer users the multilingual site as a proof that they know how to take care of their customers. Although some of these same players, regardless of their native tongue, were left without any support and unable to communicate with a live person at Road Bet.
Customer Experiences
Quite frankly, Road Bet’s beautiful graphics are equally proportional to their horrendously poor customer service. Player complaints about withdrawing their rightfully earned funds are almost as frustrating to read as they are to collect. There seems to be a serious issue for players trying to collect their winnings. Bet Road has been ignoring numerous player’s requests and in some cases canceling the account. Apparently, a variety of deposit methods is available to players, some of which include, but are not limited to Visa, Master Card, and Bitcoin.
Even though they offer several deposit methods, it doesn’t appear to be a two-way street. Most recently, there has been a major issue with a player requesting his funds several times. The player attempted contacting Bet Road in many different ways, by phone, email, and via live chat. Not only did they never respond to him, but they also canceled his request and his account. Conveniently, the apparent 24/7 live chat has not been available, and there was no response to his repeated request.
This is not an isolated incident, by any means. In a separate event, a player was so frustrated with Bet Road’s unresponsiveness; he decided to file an official claim to BMR. He also provided some different payout options including Pay Pal, Webmoney, and Payeer. Unfortunately for the player, they made the same ‘mistake’ again. He made over 30 withdrawal requests in two weeks. And the same pattern continued. Somebody on the other side of the casino canceled his requests, which led the customer to believe that customer support was there, ignoring him!
As for the simplified withdrawal procedures they claim to have, we have to concur. Those procedures are only made easy for the casino itself. Some customers were left high and dry, and players couldn’t withdraw their funds. Allegedly, it is possible to cash out $100,000 a week as a max amount, making this offer very attractive to high rollers. Supposedly, the newcomers are also taken care of, by allowing them to bet no more than 10c while benefiting from the same unrestricted rules. Again, the main concern hasn’t been giving your money to them, but being able to collect it when you earn it.
Online casino reviews for Road Bet are numerous and most of them are negative. According to an online study that tracks negative reviews, customers are likely to spend about 30% more on business with positive or excellent reviews. What does this tell us about Road Bet? The similar set of guidelines can be applied to casino complaints too. Online gambling has been attracting more players by the day, and customer service plays a huge role in servicing them.
Based on some almost-identical player experiences, Road Bet allows betting and deposits; however, the only ‘minor detail’ appears to be withdrawing the funds. This would fall into the unethical business practices category. With most blacklisted casinos, player complaints appear to be very similar. Pros and Cons
Not a lot can be said for the “pros” of Road Bet. It does look good, and the casino supports a lot of languages. But, that is about it. On the other hand, the main “con” that we have to mention far outweighs any benefits of a “pretty” casino. Namely, they are more than glad to steal the winnings from their players, which is something nobody should ever forgive.
The Verdict
While this casino did everything in their power to boost their visual appearance, they did a lot more to destroy their own credibility. We simply have to advise you to avoid gambling at this casino if you can.
