First Impression
The interface is pretty much what you’d expect from an online gambling site. You can play just for fun (although you’d still have to create an account) or you can play with real money, but whether you should really do that or not is a subject we’ll talk about soon enough.
Furthermore, the website is pretty straightforward to use — it’s easy to navigate, and it lets you know where and how to easily access anything you need.

The 350% bonus offer does sound fantastic, we agree, but this is usually a bad sign. The reality is, no casino owner wishes to give away money for free. While this is a higher bonus than the ones many reputable casinos offer, it doesn’t count for much if they don’t pay up. There are casinos who don’t give out great bonuses at all but they do send payments on time and don’t limit high-rollers with low max bet restrictions.
Additionally, the bonuses are sticky, which means that once you want to make a withdrawal, the bonus you received will be deducted from your balance.

User Experience and Reviews
Here comes the ‘but’ that you’ve probably been expecting.
As is the case with most of the rogue casino sites, this one also has an issue with payouts. They are always late, and at times, you have to wait for even a month or two. And to top it off, you should be happy if your money ever goes through because, more often than not, players will never get their just rewards.
Many users who tried contacting the casino were greeted with poor customer service. Though they do offer a 24/7 support, it is of little help, and the politeness of the staff (or should I say, the lack of it) won’t leave you with a feeling of having achieved anything.
What is more, you can find a large number of negative reviews and complaints online. Users have often found themselves locked out of their accounts and had their withdrawal requests declined due to breaching the terms and conditions of the casino. However, the interpretation of the rules is fairly subjective, and at times, nonsensical, whilst the customer support provides you with no real feedback, just with poorly constructed excuses.
Furthermore, many players have complained about being told they had breached the rules that they haven’t. For example, the casino locked some out of their accounts for using bonus codes twice in a row, even though that wasn’t true since they received those codes directly from the casino.

Pros and Cons
This casino doesn’t offer many games, but they do use RealTime Gaming as their software provider, which has proven time and again that they create reliable, interesting, and most importantly, games with high RTP values. From numerous reports, we can say with certainty that their games’ RTP values vary from 91.5% to 97.5%, with 95% being the most common one.
They also offer bonus codes which come without any wagering requirements, which is not something you see very often.
However, the greatest disadvantage of this casino, though, and in general, the group of casinos they belong to, is their unreliability when it comes to withdrawals. Users have constantly encountered issues with belated payments, and sometimes, the complete lack of thereof. And to make things even worse, their customer support is not helpful at all, which pretty much explains why they are blacklisted, and rightfully so.
Also, having based their jurisdiction in Costa Rica means that their behavior is regulated by quite a lenient regulatory body. This basically means that they couldn’t fulfill a higher level of requirements that come with a more reputable and a stricter license. And if they can’t meet the requirements of a proper gaming license, what are the odds they’ll respectfully pay up your winnings, especially if the current arrangement doesn’t force them to?
Our Verdict
The Wild Vegas Casino is the one you should definitely avoid. They were blacklisted for a reason, and it doesn’t look like that will change any time soon. The users’ complaints are always based on the problems with issuing payments, and with time, things aren’t changing for the better.
With the online casino community growing by the day, there is so much on offer, and there are a lot of other credible and reputable casinos that operate in compliance with stricter laws. On the other end of the scale, the Internet is full of scams and blacklisted rogue casinos (such as this one), and there is no reason to get yourself in a situation where you can’t get to your own money.

Unfortunately, this website is still open for business, despite being blacklisted from pretty much day one. This just shows that they’ve succeeded at tricking enough players into making a deposit and are getting away with not paying up on time.
