Infamous for pocketing player winnings, WinnerMillion is a fraud you should avoid at all cost. This immoral and unethical casino is only concerned with lining their pockets and doesn’t give two hoots about its players.

However, a more in-depth inspection of the website provides some rather interesting information. First, we couldn’t help but notice that the operators of this casino were illiterate. Granted, the site is available in 10 different languages, but you’d think that WinnerMillion would have invested a bit more effort into polishing the English version.
Typically, we wouldn’t hold this against them, but this can potentially lead to serious problems. Likely a translation from a different language, their terms and conditions can be left open to interpretation. This creates loopholes that the operator can leverage against players during a dispute.
But enough about the hypothetical. Let’s talk about the real implications of what’s written in WinnerMillion’s terms and conditions, specifically their free bonus terms.
The Bonus Headache
WinnerMillion relies on a multitude of “generous” bonuses to lure new players in. Apart from the welcome bonus and matching bonuses on your first three deposits, they also offer Happy Thursdays, their Weekend Bonus, and have a player referral program available. On one occasion, WinnerMillion states that the players must deposit €25 after the free spins. Only three lines later, they claim that the minimum deposit is €50. Having said that, you have to play a minimum of 10x the deposit to meet the wagering requirements and be eligible to make a withdrawal. Moreover, the bonus you received is removed from your balance upon cashout.
Ridiculous Withdrawal Limitations
But get this — “non-VIP” players depositing €25 or €50 can’t withdraw more than 10x their initial deposit. And not just while playing with the bonuses. However, this is mentioned separately, in the “Withdrawal” section of WinnerMillion’s terms and conditions.
They’re not going to stop you from trying to withdraw your entire account balance though. But if you try and withdraw a sum exceeding 10x of your deposit, any excess will be canceled, and your account balance will drop to 0.
Wow… With the terms and conditions like these, they were already technically stealing their players’ money. Apparently, it wasn’t enough to satisfy their greed, so they started refusing payments altogether.

You’ll find an extensive library of games available at WinnerMillion. They offer over 550 casino games from several reputable software providers, including Net Entertainment, Microgaming, and Ezugi. However, players mustn’t overlook the fact that this rogue pit was caught running pirated NetEnt games. We wouldn’t be surprised if the bulk of the games they’re offering today aren’t genuine either.
So the players at WinnerMillion have an impressive variety of casino games at their disposal. User Experience
As one would expect from a rogue casino operation, there are hundreds of complaints and angry comments on nearly every watchdog portal we scoured. The vast majority of these complaints are regarding withdrawal requests.
After providing all the required documents, players were stuck with an infinite “pending” status. Interesting to note, WinnerMillion went as far as to request a player’s credit card CVV code in one instance, as part of their “verification process.”
Of course, the casino was adamant in their request and did everything in their power to delay every withdrawal for as long as possible. However, as soon as they could no longer reasonably ask for further documents, they would go completely silent.
Needless to say that efforts to reach out and contact WinnerMillion’s support proved fruitless. They never responded to any e-mails regarding player complaints. That said, we’d be willing to bet you’d have gotten an instant response if you needed help depositing money…
Ok, but what about calling them on the phone? When you click their “Contact Us” page, a banner for Gonzo Quest conveniently covers the phone number. Not that they would ever pick up anyway. Multiple players report that WinnerMillion even featured a bogus phone number on their website before.
Aligned with their theme, there’s no response on Live Chat either. Even when it shows as online, you’ll never get a reply. And if you’re persistent enough, they’ll even manually close the chat.
And to top it all off, a Winner Million representative has issued threats (via e-mail) against a portal that tried to uncover the truth behind their 1-month license suspension.
This casino is “rogue to the bone,” and a blatant fraud you should steer clear of.

So not only should you never play at WinnerMillion, you should warn everyone you know who likes to gamble online to save them from against falling into this rogue pit.
