General Information
Sunshine Bingo was an online casino that primarily dealt in online bingo games. However, the site is no longer in function, and we couldn’t find any relevant link that could lead us to Sunshine Bingo. Also, we couldn’t find any relevant information regarding its license, and therefore, it is likely that they never had one in the first place.
Nevertheless, this online gambling site is on our blacklist for a reason, and we are going to show you why.
First Impression
Although the website was shut down, we found some relevant information about it. At first sight, we could say that the appearance of the site looks quite basic. The graphics are quite outdated, and you can see bingo charts and tables with numbers when you click on a game. However, the look of the bingo tables on the site reminds us of retro games that can only be seen at pensioner gatherings nowadays.
Furthermore, there are several sidebars with games and payment options, and we soon found out that they only accept Visa cards as a payment method. On the left side of the site, they have a logo with the Sun and the title of the casino. Although done in the same outdated manner, the Sun is smiling and is actually quite charming.
Games and Software
Since the Sunshine Bingo has initially been an online bingo site, only bingo games were available there. It would seem they had some kind of a “Special Bonus Offer,” which you would receive when you played. All the bonuses were added to the user account (apparently). Besides games, they even had tournaments, such as “Mad Maxi’s tournament,” where you could win lots of prizes.
User Experience
However, when we started looking at the user experience and what the players had to say about this online bingo site, we realized why it was rogue. They stole people’s money and delayed their payments for no reason. Here’s one example straight from the horse’s mouth. One player won $500 there and was supposed to take their money out, but Sunshine Bingo didn’t let them.
They tried to reach the casino operators in many ways and complain about this, but the customer support just kept stalling with poor excuses, like “personal document evaluation.” They were highly unprofessional, and the user waited for a couple of months without a word from them. In the end, they never got to see the money they had earned by playing on their website.
Furthermore, the story of another player is similar to the first one. Unfortunately, they both left without their money they had won at Sunshine Bingo. Moreover, the player claimed that they were winning at bingo games regularly and every time they won, they would get some extra bonuses as well. At first, that seemed suspicious to the player, but they played the game, so why complain about the extra money, right? Well, it turns out that all of that was a trap to make the user believe that they were winning.
They were using the bonus that they got from the casino, and they were earning even more than before (too good to be true). However, when they tried to withdraw the money, they were faced with the ugly truth. The casino used the bonus as an argument against the player and they weren’t allowed to withdraw their winnings because they weren’t using their own money. Eventually, they took all the said user’s winnings and didn’t reply to them ever again. We think this example is sufficient enough to show why this casino is on our blacklist.

From all of the mentioned above, we can conclude that this site has more cons than pros, but we are still going to highlight both of them.

Sometimes, the best choice for newcomers to a gambling website is to read about the user experiences before they choose to make a deposit. People often forget that the users are an essential part of the game, and their words do have an influential role in the gambling industry. Often, the bad experiences of other gamblers can save you from major losses in favor of the casino you intend to play at. Sunshine Bingo was one of these casinos where you initially thought that they couldn’t do you any harm. It’s just bingo games, right?
