General Information

Stryyke has joined the club of the blacklisted casinos because of obvious tendencies to cheat their players. Their gaming software was provided by NetEnt, and they were licensed by the MGA. Also, their website does not exist anymore, but, while it was active, it was user-friendly and quick to load. The casino’s CEO met with people from Casinomeister in order to try and work things out after getting put on their blacklist, but in the end, all of the promises they’ve made were in vain.

First Impression

According to some reviews, Stryyke had used encrypted certification technology for the protection of their players’ data. The website possessed a TST (Technical Systems Testing) certification, which served to prove that the random number generator of their games was legit. Moreover, the customer service was available via e-mail and instant messaging. The payment options were plentiful and the currencies used were EUR and USD. Unfortunately, little information can be found about other specifics of the website.

Games and Software

Table games, blackjack, roulette, video slots, classic slots — these were all included in the games section of the website. In addition, keno, pai gow, and bingo were also available to play. On top of that. different types of poker games were certainly a magnet for the poker enthusiasts. Finally, all of their software was provided by NetEnt.

Software

NetEnt was founded in 1996, in Sweden. Behind it, there’s a devoted team of developers who have steadily made sure that the software they are providing will win many awards — and it did. They were the first casino software to use the Java platform, and their first online casino was launched in the year 2002. Games like Gonzo’s Quest, Jack Hammer, and Blackjack became available on mobile platforms in the year 2011. The first live casino that they’ve launched with the access to live table games in an online environment was the Casino Room in 2013. That was one of their biggest pioneer achievements, after which they just kept getting better and better. 3D graphics and realistic animations are one of the main reasons why players enjoy NetEnt’s software. Furthermore, sound effects and marvelous graphics are also part of the games offered, not only on PC but on mobile platforms as well, on both Android and iOS operating systems.

Net Ent’s Games

With more than 200 released games, characterized by stunning visuals and sound effects, their player base is rapidly growing. Branded titles such as Dracula™ and  The Invisible Man™ easily grab the players’ attention. Moreover, they offer some of the biggest online progressive jackpots, like in games Hall of Gods and Mega Fortune. Finally, NetEnt won a lot of awards as one of the best online gambling software providers out there.

Illegal Activities

The inability to properly pay out the players’ winnings is what led this casino to ruin. Slow payments were a problem that they have promised to solve, but they never did. Moreover, there were complaints about the winnings that were not paid out. And those summed up to a total of €50,000.

In addition, the casino was run by Rajiv Giri, who claimed in court that he only unjustly took €6,000 and that the rest was the players’ fault, due to unidentified payment methods because of which he was not able to pay them out. Initially, on September 3rd, 2010, Stryyke lost their gaming license.

User Experience

Not surprisingly, the players were not happy about what was going on. Even now, you can find a ton of comments about how the players were not getting paid or how the customer service refusing to address the issues that they were having. Also, people complained that the sign-up bonuses were not working properly. Even after three or four days upon registration, the users still wouldn’t have received the bonus. And to make things even worse, contacting the customer support didn’t help either.

Pros and Cons

PROS:

– An excellent gaming software provider — NetEnt.
– The website was user-friendly.

CONS:

– Players’ issues and complaints were ignored.
– Debt of €50,000 to the players.
– Greedy owners.

Our Verdict

Stryyke Casino had a lot of potential, especially due to who their software provider was. However, they have rightfully deserved to be blacklisted and closed. Scamming your customers is never a good way to do business. On top of that, large amounts of unpaid winnings were involved, which left a lot of unsatisfied customers. Ultimately, all we can add to this is that we’re glad that this casino has been long closed down and is now unable to do any more harm to unsuspecting players.
