The loyalty scheme they have invented is quite interesting as well, and we can give them credit for that. However, that cannot compensate for the lack of information they provide or the unresponsiveness of their website. Customer support is provided at the bare minimum level (in the form of e-mail support), which is appalling, considering all the malfunctions of the website.
So even if we chose to ignore all the previous unfortunate flaws of the casino, we would still be left with one thing we just can’t let slide. The company states that they are fully licensed by the LGA (Lotteries and Gaming Authority) in Malta. However, there is no evidence about the existence of the aforementioned license. Instead, we have found that the MGA has formally refuted any connection to this website.
In conclusion, unless you wish to take more risks than usual, we strongly recommend staying clear of this online casino.
